We couldn’t help but notice women try diet after diet only to feel like they had “failed”. We noticed that after each attempt at a new exercise program or diet, it was almost as if a layer was added to each beautiful woman. A layer that covered her true self and ability to take her health into her own hands. A layer of shame that made her feel like she couldn’t do it and would never reach her goals.

We decided it was time to take those layers OFF! In this program, we peel off one layer at a time as we prove that what you may be telling yourself is untrue. Most of us have been approaching the journey of releasing weight, getting healthier or feeling better from a “what do I need to DO” mindset.

It's the small, daily habits that lead to the big results!  All too often when we a start program, we try and change many big aspects of our lives and health all at once. This can lead to overwhelm.  Our approach is different!

Navigating your health and goals alone can be a lonely journey. Not anymore!  You will receive support, encouragement, and accountability from health coaches and other members.  

The relationship you have with your body, food and your thoughts surrounding them are monumentally important.  The work we will do to help heal those relationships will be vital to your success in changing your health or physique (if that is a goal of yours.  It certainly does not need to be).

Monthly sessions with experts in a wide variety of health related fields.  All sessions will be recorded and available in your membership. 

Weekly (optional) check-in sessions with a health coach.  This gives members a chance to talk about their wins, challenges and future goals.
