At the Feel Good Sister Circle, our mission is to offer a community for women who want to create a lifestyle based on how they want to feel. Each day we focus on small habits that help you become the version of yourself you aspire to be. 

We are surrounded by messages about health and self care, yet rarely given a place other than practice it.  Now you have one.

Here, we do things differently.

Each month, we invite you into a new challenge.  The goal is not to “fix” your body but reconnect with it.  To move because it feels good.  To fuel your body without guilt.  To build habits that last because they are rooted in care rather than punishment.

Best of all, you choose the habit or habits your focus on!  Drink more water, eat greens each day, walk, life weights, meditate, journal.  You choose what you need most.

Once a habit feels solid, you can move on to a new one the following month.  Imagine how you could feel a year from now!

In the membership, we will tackle your cravings, why you might battle an afternoon slump or fatigue and what may be going on with the evening munchies. Don’t worry! We know you are a human being and have a life to live that includes eating and drinking your favorite yummies. There’s a plan for that too and it doesn’t involve avoiding them! Instead of talking about what you need to deprive yourself of (what most diets focus on), we will be focusing on what you can ADD to your plate and life. P.S. We are NOT a diet!

We know and understand that you have a lot of responsibilities that eat up your time. We also believe that you only have one life to live and you (and your health) should be one of your priorities. We will work on our mindset and reasons we may not be prioritizing our health.

We know that the journey to feeling your best can be a long, lonely one. We don’t ever want anyone to feel alone in that journey again. The community will be there to use in a way that feels best for you. As you immerse yourself in the community, you will likely realize that so many women are battling the same thoughts and feelings, but are rarely speaking them aloud.  Need accountability?  Our weekly prompts and check in calls (optional) will give you the chance to report in on how your daily goals are progressing.

Hi. I’m Sarah

I am committed to taking you on a health journey that will help you leave the dieting, restriction and mental anguish in the dust. After 21 years in the fitness industry, I realized it was time for a program that approached health, body goals and fitness from a different perspective. Instead of launching directly into a laundry list of foods you cannot eat, the specific exercise you need to do to be successful and the life you need to change completely to be reach your goals, we start with mindset! I know, it’s not sexy. You know what else isn’t sexy? Not feeling like the bada**, amazing woman that you are! Imagine you are taking a trip to the beach. You open Google, and type in the destination. Google cannot help you unless you also type in your current location! We need to type in your current location before we can set the course to help you reach your goals! What thoughts and beliefs do you have about your body, food, diets, exercise, water and sleep? Whatever they are, it’s all good and welcome. It’s nothing more than where you are staring on your health journey
